The SUMMIT 1 is a smaller version of the SUMMIT 2, while it has the same footprint; this home has eight-foot high sidewalls and an open area over the Great Room. It has one Bedroom on the main floor with a Loft to make an additional Bedroom or maybe a Den. The Bedroom dormer is standard; however delete it if you merely desire a sleeping loft above.
